Corporate Support Officer Full Time Temporary

Corporate Support Officer needed in Basingstoke paying £11.22 per hr  – Reference: RQ604165

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis

This role will involve:

• To provide a comprehensive administration service to Heads of Service and to accurately complete various corporate work types.
• Raise purchase orders and Goods Received Notices on the financial system as appropriate.
• Record letters received which are addressed to the Chief Executive on the appropriate system and ensure turnaround times for responses are achieved by liaising with senior colleagues across the client.
• Arrange meetings and associated hospitality for specified Heads of Service in line with scope of service agreed.
• Monitor and support Heads of Service with corporate complaints ensuring turnaround times are adhered to and correct letter template is used.
