Corporate Document Controller Full Time Permanent

Corporate Document Controller needed Basingstoke paying £14.51 per day PAYE Ref: 5167243

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

 Supporting in the Governance and Legal team to:
• Review the constitutional documents, directors and shareholders for approximately 550 management companies
• Liaise with the development team to obtain the associated development agreement
• Identify the statutory obligations in respect of shareholdings and directorships for each company based on the provisions of the constitutional documents and associated development agreement
• Identify any anomalies in the public record (Companies House) relating to shareholdings, directorships and annual filings for each company and liaise with the company to address those anomalies

The candidate should have experience with corporate legal documents and be familiar with company law, particularly in respect of Articles of Association.

May have experience as a paralegal or similar, perhaps document controller, Governance Officer, Legal Office. They should be used to handling lots of information, high attention to detail and accuracy. Must be able to work semi-autonomously.
