The successful candidate will lead a team of Conveyancing Coordinators, overseeing the conveyancing process for the disposal and acquisition of land and property assets and ensuring that the legal transfer of these assets is conducted in accordance with legal and charitable duties and obligations.
They will lead the team and act as the primary contact for external legal representatives in processing conveyancing transactions to buy, lease or dispose of land and property assets and will understand the elements of title documentation, undertake and report legal research, critically draft and approve legal documentation in a variety of land and property transactions.
