Control Surveyor Contract Full Time

Contract Surveyor needed in Harlow, Essex

The rate is £27.97ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The reference number is:                       0009 300F / 1

The successful candidate will conduct day-to-day repairs, Address major voids, Handle legal disrepair cases, Perform AA feasibility inspections.

They should have experience in disrepair is preferred but not mandatory. We provide training to meet our standards, which includes:

• Completing standard reports
• Reviewing schedules of rates
• Providing photographic evidence from pre-inspection reports
