Control Centre Operator (Nights) needed in Rugby.
The pay rate is £11.38ph PAYE

The successful candidate will respond to out-of-hours calls and take appropriate action by providing a concierge service and CCTV monitoring for sites linked to the control centre. This will enable customers of the lifeline service to live independently and promote health and wellbeing with customers to help facilitate independent living.
They will provide a dedicated, sensitive and responsive service to all customers who are connected or approach the Control Centre and respond to calls connected to the Control Centre and take the appropriate action to resolve them in line with policy and procedure, for example attending on site. They will monitor CCTV and to take appropriate action in line with policy and procedure and activate the Emergency Plan should the need arise.
