Contracts Manager needed in Hackney
The rate is £234.14 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery and management of mechanical services across the housing estates. The services include but are not limited to, Domestic boiler, Communal boiler/plant/energy rooms, Fire Safety disciplines such as Wet & Dry Risers/Sprinklers, Communal Ventilation, Gas supplies, HRU/Air Source Heat pumps, Water (domestic as well as communal) etc. This position will sit in the M&E team as part of the Property & Asset Management department.
They will need to have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the mechanical Industry including the relevant regulations, guidelines and legislation as well as practical experience delivering both repairs & maintenance, servicing and upgrades/replacements and new installation programmes. Your experience must include setting budgets, monitoring spend and forecasting future budget requirements.
