Contracted Resident Services Administrative Assistant needed in Basingstoke paying £14.00 per hr PAYE Ref:446485

This role is working full time hours on a temporary basis

This role will involve:

• Schedule frequent one to one meetings with the HoS to better understand their priorities and how best to support these by gaining regular feedback to improve the service delivery.
• Anticipate the needs of the HoS by exercising sound judgement and understanding of the politics of a situation and in how the organisation functions.
• Champion smart working practices; identifying new approaches that meet the future needs of the HoS e.g. embracing new technology.
• Review, update and manage calendar schedules for HoS and other identified individuals and the coordinating of attendees; agendas and logistics for the meeting.
• Provide accurate minutes of meetings and tracking actions or outcomes.
• The timely preparation and delivery of briefing information for meetings.
• To acknowledge and respond to all forms of communication (e.g. phone calls, emails and letters), distributing or flagging to HoS as appropriate.
• To monitor and manage incoming complaints and their responses to ensure correspondence is clear and professional.
