Contact Tracer Full Time Temporary

Contact Tracer needed Blackpool paying £11.50 per hr PAYE Ref: 41990/1

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

• Undertake by telephone an interview of COVID-19 cases, this will include identifying all contacts, movements and activities during a defined period from the onset of their symptoms/test date.
• It will also be necessary to provide public health advice, guidance and support (where appropriate or needed).
• Working to Public Health England (PHE) protocols, processes and guidance will be essential.
• Manage complex contacts/calls
• Escalate and refer challenging or complex cases or incidents and outbreaks of COVID-19 to the Team Leader.
• Cases are allocated by the Team Leader on a daily basis, and you will be required to contact all cases, obtain the contact information where possible, complete information on the National CTAS/ITS system and feedback outcomes to the Team Leader.
• Be prepared to take phone calls on the contact trace telephone line, for cases where messages have been left from cases previously contacted.
