Household Insurance is there to help customers who have suffered losses caused by events such as fire, flood, accidental damage and storm. As Market Leaders in our specialist field, our team is there to help and support customer’s lives during these critical times.
Due to growth we are looking to expand our team. You will be part of a close knit team who will be the first point of contact for any customer queries. This is a fast paced role which requires a good ability to handle large volume inbound telephone calls whilst maintaining accuracy.
