Full time hours on a temporary basis.
To provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Property Services Team. To provide an efficient and effective service as a member of the Building Services Team creating an environment enjoyable to work in, to include colleagues, both trade and office staff as part of your team. We are specifically looking for someone who has experience of organising meetings and taking minutes. Raising of purchase orders and experience of invoice queries would be desirable. Generally, someone who is familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications and fairly up to date with technology as we use SharePoint, Office 365 and SAP for Accountancy. Desirable but not essential experience within a construction business.
