Compliance Safety and Training Officer Full Time Temporary

Compliance Safety and Training Officer needed in Middlewich paying between £24,982 and £27,741 pa PAYE Ref:FAFB5153 

This role is full time on a temporary basis

Responsibilities

• To monitor the crews’ compliance with all safety, transport and service delivery standards. Ensuring that operations are carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with legislation and site rules. Ensure where instances of good working practices are observed these are shared.
• To liaise directly with the crews to secure improvements in performance using the feedback from the live CCTV monitoring and other observations.
• To assist in and undertake disciplinary investigations and assist in Performance Development Reviews.
• To develop and deliver training programmes for all operational staff in order to improve working practices and to comply with relevant legislation, related policies and procedures.
• To develop and deliver tool box talks and briefings to the operational staff and Team Leaders.
• Deliver both classroom based and practical training to the staff using appropriate equipment
