Complaints and Correspondence Assistant based in Cardiff and the pay rate is £10.21 per hr.
This is a full time temporary role.
As a Complaints & Correspondence Assistant, the post holder will be responsible for assisting the team with administrative tasks.
To assist with telephone complaint calls, taking accurate details of the concerns raised by our service users and assisting with administrative tasks such as monitoring and registering complaints under the Council’s statutory Social Services Complaints process.
