Community Support Assistant needed in Poulton-le-Fylde £11.50 per hr PAYE – Reference: 454956

This role will involve:

  • To proactively contact residents, (and their contacts where necessary) that have tested positive for Covid 19 to ensure all of the government’s guidance is being followed as part of the local NHS Test & Trace programme
  • To proactively contact and help residents that have been identified as needing support as part of our Wyre hub response to Covid 19
  • To act as first point of contact for customer enquiries and requests for information regarding NHS Test & Trace, the Wyre community Hub and other related wellbeing work via all communication methods with the public (face-to face, social media, telephone, e-mail, and postal)
  • To work to Public Health England (PHE) protocols, processes and guidance, manage complex contacts/calls and escalate and refer challenging or complex cases or incidents and outbreaks of COVID-19 to the Team Lead.
  • To complete information on the National CTAS/ITS system and feedback outcomes on other IT systems
  • To work with the Community Engagement Team and other officers to enable residents to keep connected in their communities and access a wide variety of health and wellbeing activities
  • To provide detailed accurate advice on available health and wellbeing services and support mechanisms and groups for our residents to access.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
