Commercial Services Officer Contract Full Time

Commercial Services Officer needed in based in Barnsley and the salary is £10.41ph PAYE  

This is a full time temporary role.

This role will involve:

• Assist in providing commercial financial services support across 3 main functions (pay, payments and reconciliation), covering payroll, employee admin, trading services, payment processing, premier supplier scheme, financial assessments, compliance management, VAT returns, BACS processing, bank reconciliation, insurance claim handling, pensions and statistical returns.
• The job requires the use of the client’s financial management systems to undertake financial administration, for example processing payments and reconciliations.
• Undertake telephone duties, dealing politely with customers, providing them with information and guidance.
• Respond to, investigate and resolve complex queries, dealing with complaints and difficult customers. Ensuring a customer focussed service, keeping them informed of progress and actions, whist adhering to customer services principles.
• Input, check and maintain accurate records using corporate electronic systems and spreadsheets, ensuring information is stored appropriately and confidentially.
• Assist in the preparation of data and statistical returns to drive forward effective compliance management.
