• The successful candidate will handle a variety of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on commercial property transactions and related legal matters.
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Conducting due diligence and managing property portfolios.
  • Providing strategic legal advice to clients on property development and investment.
  • Representing clients in negotiations and dispute resolutions.
