Experienced Commercial Lawyer needed in Lincoln £33ph ref 5174101 Full time hours on a temporary basis. The role comprises the drafting of commercial contracts for various services areas across LCC and our district partners. Advising on commercial matters, contracts and procurements. Drafting and advising on the use of construction contracts especially the NEC suite of contracts.
