Commercial Estates Surveyor based in East London and the rate is £272.67 per day PAYE

The post holder will need to be able to demonstrate experience of a wide variety of commercial and residential properties. The post holder will also work with the Principal Surveyor to provide professional services on valuation advice ranging from commercial Landlord and Tenant through to strategic advice on management of new commercial space within development schemes. This is an interesting and varied job which would suit an MRICS with good experience and who is seeking to broaden their professional experience.
