This is a full time temporary role.
Our client is looking for a Client Technician. To provide front line support to customers across the Corporate and Education environments throughout the complete life cycle of end user computing.
They will provide second line support for the IT support desk and any associated escalations. Diagnose and resolve ICT user issues, End User Computing and ensure that all associated end user computing software is maintained to manufacturer’s supported versions in a timely manner.
