Clerk Typist Housing Contract Full Time

Clerk Typist Housing Based in Ystrad Mynach and the salary is £9.62ph PAYE  

This is a full time temporary role.

This role will involve:

• Photocopying/printing and collation of documents
• Shredding of confidential information as and when required.
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing internal and external mail and e mails.
• Undertaking environmental searches.
• Typing of a range of documents including letters, witness statements, statutory notices.
• Arranging meetings including internal and external participants as and when required.
• Attendance at meetings for the purpose of taking and producing minutes.
• Undertaking Land Registry checks to establish ownership and identity of those with a legal interest in empty properties.
• File management and setting up of files/records and maintaining files e.g. filing, archiving, electronic scanning, indexing of files, etc.
