City of Culture Bid Assistant Contract Full Time

 City of Culture Bid Assistant needed Based in Southampton and the rate is £11.59ph PAYE 

This is a full time temporary role.

We are looking for someone to work directly with our City of Culture Bid Director and her PA as part of the Exec Support Team.

This may include the following:
– Arranging and setting up meetings including tech support such as Zoom or Teams calls and making sure the Director has all relevant documents such as papers, agendas etc. ahead of the meeting.
– Meeting support such as notes, screen sharing presentations etc.
– Tasking work out of the Directors mailbox to the wider team.
– Supporting the PA with inbox management of the Bid Director, this may include some replies on her behalf.
– A range of online research for the Bid Director.
– Some basic finance tasks such as booking of travel, loading of expenses etc. for the Bid Director through the system.
