CIL Support officer needed in East London Ref 422171

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

1. To support the preparation, implementation and delivery of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) charging schedule, the supporting viability evidence base and infrastructure plan.
2. To ensure the day to day operations of systems such as M3 and Exacom remain up to date in terms of the management, monitoring expenditure and allocation of financial and non-financial developer contributions arising from CIL and s106 Agreements.
3. To provide support and advice to Development Management in matters related to the levying of CIL and the discharge of financial and non financial s106 obligations.
4. To provide advice and manage enquiries on CIL & s106 issues and other related matters.
