CIL / s106 Support Officer Full Time Temporary

CIL / s106 Support Officer needed in Hackney £16.01 per hr PAYE – Reference: RQ652394

This role will involve: 

• To support the preparation, implementation and delivery of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) charging schedule, the supporting viability evidence base and infrastructure plan.
• To ensure the day to day operations of systems such as M3 and Exacom remain up to date in terms of the management, monitoring expenditure and allocation of financial and non-financial developer contributions arising from CIL and s106 Agreements.
• To provide support and advice to Development Management in matters related to the levying of CIL and the discharge of financial and non financial s106 obligations.
• To provide advice and manage enquiries on CIL & s106 issues and other related matters

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
