Children’s admin officer needed in oxford £11.98ph ref 5170847

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

This role will require an Enhanced DBS check with Children’s Barred.

The candidate will be required to attend a Children & Family Centre on a daily basis 8.30 am – 5 pm Monday – Thursday, 8.30 am – 4.00 pm Friday. 

Manage reception tasks:

Front of house, liaising with a range of service users and professionals, demonstrate excellence in customer service

Have a good level of ICT skills and demonstrate how these have been put into practice in the work place, Word, Excel and outlook.

Support the Centre Manager with Health & Safety Tasks

To be able to deal with situations of a sensitive nature, face to face and on the phone

The ability to be able to work in a busy fast paced environment

Access to the Children’s data base to upload documents and provide support to the team.
