Role Overview:
As a Childcare Lawyer, you will build and maintain excellent client relationships, acting as a role model to achieve service and objectives. You will provide timely, high-quality legal advice and demonstrate exceptional advocacy and negotiation skills to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
• Legal Advice: Provide accurate legal, tactical, and strategic advice on complex issues related to public and private children law.
• Analytical Skills: Use advanced analytical skills to interpret complex information, identifying legal issues and risks.
• Communication: Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, translating complex legal concepts into clear, understandable language for diverse audiences.
• Advocacy: Represent the Client in contested proceedings, demonstrating exceptional advocacy skills.
• Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiating and influencing skills to secure favourable outcomes for clients.
• Research: Stay updated on legal developments and conduct thorough research on relevant laws and procedures.
• Legal Drafting: Demonstrate highly competent legal drafting skills for various legal documents.
• Mentorship: Act as a mentor to junior lawyers and legal officers as required.
