Category Specialist needed in West London Paying  £274.38 per day ref 004898

Full time hours on a temporary basis

 This role will involve:

• The category specialist role provides procurement advice for the category/subcategories drawing on their accredited professional knowledge and skills (Ideally CIPS qualified)
• Member decisions on procurement strategies and contract awards allocated to the officer are made following advice and assurance by the procurement specialist
• The role leads and delivers all small and medium size procurement projects within the category
• To provide advice and guidance to support staff and, where applicable, framework members with respect to procurement procedures and processes.
