This role will involve:

As a Project Worker the post holder will be responsible for providing practical support to individuals accommodated in various specialist accommodation services delivered by Haringey. This means delivering face-to face, virtual and telephone-based support work to help people affected by homelessness to secure positive housing, health, employment and wellbeing outcomes.

As a Project Worker, the post holder will support people by completing comprehensive client assessments, safety planning and key working. The post holder will work with people to identify their personal aims and support them to turn assessments into practical action plans. The post holder will be responsible for supporting people to understand their rights and responsibilities to maintain their accommodation. The post holder will work in partnership with others to facilitate move -on for homeless single adults.

Ideally candidates will have a DBS check.
