The rate is £18.72ph PAYE

The successful candidate will carry out a range of construction and property maintenance activities including inspection, fault finding, diagnostics and repairs solutions to a range of buildings across multiple sites and contracts and promote Housing Operations as Contractor of Choice.  To have an understanding of and the ability to interpret the policies and procedures which underpin service delivery within Housing Operations.
