Caretaker Full Time Temporary

Caretaker needed in Bolton, £12.25ph PAYE – Reference: 0009 1AB0 / 1

You will be responsible for the maintenance of site security, opening and closing buildings and ensuring all facilities in and around the buildings are in excellent condition, safe, secure and clean at all times, and that all equipment is maintained, and resources are available.

Duties include:

• General repairs
• Manual handling
• General upkeep of the building
• Reporting any maintenance issues to the relevant department
• Undertake fire safety and general health and safety checks to the building.
• An essential car user allowance is payable as boroughwide travel across centres is required.

The rota operates between the hours of 7am and 6.30pm with some later opening times up until 9pm on a shared shift rota and some Saturday working on a shared rota.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
