Full time hours on a temporary basis
This role will involve:

Proactively look at all areas on the estate and carry out appropriate minor works as required.

Minor works to include:

Carpentry, Plumbing (non-qualified jobs such as unblocking sinks/toilets etc), internal painting, changing lightbulbs, removing broken glass, boarding up, easing and adjusting doors, setting time clocks and offering a general repairs and maintenance service
