Caretaker Full Time Temporary

Caretaker needed in Kensington Paying  £13.95 per hr ref 5240200

Full time hours on a temporary basis

 This role will involve:

• Proactively look at all areas on the estate and carry out appropriate minor works as required.

•  Minor works to include:

• Carpentry, Plumbing (non-qualified jobs such as unblocking sinks/toilets etc), internal painting, changing lightbulbs, removing broken glass, boarding up, easing and adjusting doors, setting time clocks and offering a general repairs and maintenance service
