Caretaker needed in Camden £11.75ph ref 409425

Subject to DBS

Full time hours on a temporary basis

To provide a flexible, responsive, high quality caretaking service to estates including: cleaning and maintaining estates to a high standard and ensuring the wellbeing and needs of the residents on estates are met within the policies and procedures. To fully participate in cover arrangements within the caretaking team to ensure proper accessibility to services for tenants and to provide mutual support for priority tasks, e.g. seasonal work, and emergency situations. To monitor contractors working on site, carrying out quality control checks and report any deficiencies in the services provided. To maintain a prompt, courteous and helpful response when dealing with, or initiating contact with, service users, their representatives or outside agencies.
