Caretaker needed in Middleton Paying  £12.85 per hr ref 000A 71DC /1

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs across the site.
  • Ensure communal areas, entrances, and external spaces are clean, safe, and tidy.
  • Monitor and report any health and safety issues or damage to property.
  • Assist with deliveries, waste management, and general site logistics.
  • Provide access to contractors and supervise works when required.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations and support tenants or staff as needed.
  • Carry out regular inspections and record findings.
