Campaigns & Communications Officer needed in East London Paying  £34.29 per hr ref OR1441

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Contribute to the campaign programme using digital channels, collaborating with policy and communications teams to achieve objectives.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and recommendations based on current knowledge and data analysis.
  • Manage complex customer issues.
  • Develop service plans aligned with strategic goals.
  • Research and analyse relevant developments, translating findings into actionable reports.
  • Lead the development and management of systems, policies, and standards.
  • Support process and procedure improvements.
  • Prepare and present various reports.
  • Collaborate and support colleagues.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Ensure health and safety practices are followed.
  • Deliver high-quality campaigns that align with council priorities.
  • Utilize a wide range of communication channels effectively.
  • Maintain professional knowledge in marketing, media, and digital communications.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign activities.
  • Improve and stay updated on digital channels.
