C5111 Clerical Assistant Full Time Temporary

C5111 Clerical Assistant needed in Portishead £9.30 per hr PAYE – Reference:494933

This role will involve:

• To provide confidential typing/word processing support to unit personnel.
• To assist in the general administrative support to unit personnel including maintenance of computer and manual records, sorting of post etc.
• To maintain diaries and arrange appointments as required.
• To maintain unit equipment and supplies.
• To receive personal and telephone callers to the office and take necessary action.
• To contribute flexibly across the unit functions and activities.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
