The rate of pay is from £11.18ph PAYE

The successful candidate will manage calls for Social Care and Crisis phone lines. Our client are looking for candidates who can show strong communication and empathy skills, who are able to handle challenging calls from members of our diverse communities and who want to be part of a committed team. Experience of using Microsoft Office packages e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.
Customer care skills and the ability to show initiative when dealing with customer enquiries. Good keyboard and IT skills are essential to this role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong communication skills to provide information and signpost customers and colleagues to the correct solution. Experience of working in a busy Customer Services Environment/Contact Centre Customer care qualification/training Experience of handling difficult/vulnerable customers a care environment
