Business Services Assistant needed in Ilkeston £9.50 ph ref 5211211

Full time hours on a temporary basis 

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of both electronic and manual filing systems, document management and record keeping systems, in accordance with standard formats and service requirements.
• Respond positively to alternative and improved methods of working.
• Assist in data analysis, manipulation and interpretation following clear procedures and guidance to provide information.
• Responsible for the recording, processing, and reconciling of routine financial information, including petty cash and related funds, purchase orders, and client awards.
