Business Manager needed in Southwark £159.98per day PAYE – Reference:5183727
This role will involve:
Provide high quality business management to the Employee Experience (EX) Team, including high quality management of projects, business, communications and membership engagement activity.
On behalf of the Director of Employee Experience provide oversight of the delivery of service business plans. Use business analytics and management information sources to underpin weekly reporting to EX leadership team on the delivery of the service plans and on a range of activities central to the delivery of the client’s stated strategic aims.
Working together with EX leadership team and other stakeholders develop and secure approval for recommendations for service changes to business processes, resource capacity, to inform workforce planning, the budget setting process and facilitate delivery of the agreed plan. Prepare feasibility, or business rationale reports in relation to proposed changes to resource provision.
Responsible for managing contractors in delivering and monitoring of infrastructure works Contributing and working alongside the Procurement team on new contract requirements and contract extensions across the Service.
