Business Analyst and Data Analyst based in Hereford and the rate is £12.58 per hr

This is a full time temporary role

Ideally candidates will have:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences, including internal colleagues to understand the needs of the service and the organisation as a whole.
  • Experience of working with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service or function provided
  • Experience of motivating others to lead change
  • Experience of customer journey and process mapping, identifying touch points and pressure points within service delivery and processes
  • Experience of using data modelling practices to analyse findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes, including evidence of system thinking
  • Ability to consider opportunities and potential risks attached to suggestions made
  • Ability to communicate the benefits of the recommendations across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern
  • Ability to produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary
  • Ability to work under pressure and within the project timeframes
  • Experience of Microsoft Office
