Business Administration And Customer Service Advisor Full Time Temporary

Business Administration And Customer Service Advisor needed in Scunthorpe at £10.18 per hr PAYE – Reference:5194599

This role will involve:

• Acting as the first point of contact for the community offer.
• Flexibility in undertaking the duties and responsibilities attached to their post and may be asked to perform other duties, within reason and commensurate with the level of post.
• Supporting managers & tutors to prepare and reproduce documents & learning resources
• Maintaining up to date appointments and meeting schedules together with arranging meetings / booking rooms as required.
• Maintaining accurate and up to date records as directed by line manager
• Delivering the effective day to day operation of the facilities at a designated site
• Handling office tasks such as filing, inputting, generating reports, transcribing minutes from meetings and setting up for meetings, creating and distributing papers for meetings, taking accurate minutes at meetings if required.

Ideally candidates will have:

• Relevant ICT Qualification
• Evidence of recent training on safeguarding and PREVENT
• Experience of use of Microsoft Office
• Enhanced DBS Check

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
