Our client is looking for a Bursarial Support Officer.
The School Bursarial Service retains a large number of high performing maintained schools across the borough with buy back levels increasing. The successful candidate will be working in partnership with many stakeholders. Partnership working is at the heart of the approach and we work closely with schools, internal services and departments, other LA’s, central government, education professionals, contractors and other stakeholders. We ensure continuous development so that our practice is of a high quality.
They will be supporting schools in producing and interpreting both financial and non-financial performance information data, modelling and planning for the impact of a number of risks and opportunities including all aspects of income and expenditure, and internal and external risk factors.
The successful applicant will be expected to make visits to the schools and present reports at Governors meetings which may involve some evening work. These visits do depend on the Government guidelines in place due to the ongoing pandemic.
