The role will work across Wiltshire & Hampshire.

Permanent full-time position to work with External wall/fabric planned programmes – Would suit a building surveyor / £1m plus programmes.
• Good understanding of building fabric/components
• Technical knowledge
• Problem solving/solution/remedy of building defects
• Specification writing
• Contract management (KPI’s / monthly meetings, processing valuations etc)
• H&S knowledge/experience
