Building Surveyor – Legal Disrepair needed in Islington, £31.89ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1437073

– Experience managing legal disrepair cases
– Ideally have a surveying qualification
– Good understanding of damp and structural issues
– Social housing 
– Managing works from specification through to post inspection
– Organised and proactive – able to manage their own calendar and caseload
– Largely office based
– There is use of pool cars

This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
