Building Surveyor – Condition in Hull

The rate is £24.08ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be an experienced Building Surveyor to carry out asset condition surveys on a full range of corporate buildings. Agile and flexible working supported allowing staff to work some days at home and flex their working patterns.

You will need to be able to:

• Plan and carry out a programme of site surveys in relation to condition, undertaking schedules of condition, dilapidations, measured surveys and defect analysis
• Write reports and calculate remedial costs. Identify and manage the updating of information and drawings.
• Ideally have experience both in building fabric and engineering services and be able to confidently assess condition overall.
• Follow and work with quality assurance procedures across projects and services.
• Prepare and undertake specifications, drawings risk assessments and contract management for occasional small projects arising
