Building Surveyor needed in Worthing  

The rate is £20.20ph PAYE

The successful candidate will support a backlog of works requiring surveying and delivering through contractor partners and some DLO delivery.  Initially the project is to bring back into use a number of long term void properties as well as supporting the overall voids backlog.  There will also be some support required to help with a backlog of capital works required as resolutions to damp and mould cases.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To survey and specify capital works on long term voids.
• To survey and specify void
• To survey and specify capital works on damp & mould cases
• To oversee the delivery of works through contractors and DLO
