Building Surveyor – Diagnostics needed in Islington

The rate is £32.00ph PAYE

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to diagnose building defects and recommend appropriate remedial actions, supported by a solid understanding of building pathology including damp, mould, and condensation. They will be confident producing specifications of works using a schedule of rates, and will manage their own calendar and caseload with a proactive, organised approach. While a surveying or construction qualification and social housing experience are desirable, they are not essential. This is an office-based role with access to pool vehicles for site visits.
