Building Safety Project Manager needed in East London

The rate is £349.19 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will work 3 days from home and 2 days in the office. They will manage the preparation of Building Safety Cases and liaise with Building Safety Regulator.

They will prepare Building Assessment Certificate (BAC) applications and will inspect, manage and deliver building safety across the housing portfolio. The Building Safety Project Manager positions will operate across the Building Safety Team working on a range of specialist activities, such as the inspection of tall blocks to ensure the safety of cladding systems, compartmentation surveys, the identification of remediation works and also the preparation of Safety Case Files and Safety Case Reports to meet the requirements of the Building Safety Regulator.
