Building Engineering Supervisor 9871 Full Time Temporary

Building Engineering Supervisor needed in Oxford £350 per day ref 9871 

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

• To provide effective Mechanical, Electrical and Power management resource ensuring the commercial and corporate property benefit from well-maintained equipment.
• Oversee and complete the specification of replacement equipment across the commercial and corporate property portfolio ensuring that the most cost effective solutions are achieved.
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders including working with colleagues to ensure that a long term investment strategy is in place across the property portfolio taking into account operational pressures such as usage and business disruption where replacements are planned.
• Ensure maintenance programmes are in place for equipment in line with SFG20 requirements or its future replacement/update.
