Building Control Surveyor Full Time Temporary

Building Control Surveyor needed in Birkenhead, £45ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1374976

• Assist in the provision and delivery of a regulated Building Control Service, to discharge the councils statutory building control duties under the Building Safety Act 2022, Building Act 1984 and the Building Regulations 2010, in order to protect the health, safety and welfare of persons in and around buildings.

BiCOF Registration: Minimum Class 2D in respect of Plans assessment and site inspection.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
