Building Control Admin Assistant Contract Full Time

Based in Newton Abbott and the hourly rate is £9.62ph

Our client is looking for a Building Control Admin Assistant. To be responsible for undertaking day to day Administration functions in relation to administration as detailed below.

Provide administration support to a team of professional surveyors within the a Building Control Partnership.  Ensuring applications processed and appropriate fees are received and raised as necessary.  Act as primary contact either in Reception or over the telephone, for customers, resolving queries without professional surveyors’ involvement where possible.  Answer simple Building Control enquiries.

The successful candidate will undertake assigned Building Control administrative work and activities through to completion, dealing with problems that arise and changes to requirements or timings, meeting set deadlines.
