Biodiversity Officer

Biodiversity Officer needed in Huddersfield Paying  £18.53 per hr ref 0009 728A /1

Full time hours on a temporary basis  

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide biodiversity, ecological, and BNG support to the team.

  • Process and prioritize outstanding planning applications, including paid-for services.

  • Offer expert advice and knowledge on ecological matters.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during the interim period.

  Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relevant degree qualification in ecology or related subject, or equivalent experience.

  • Ideally CIEMMA qualified.

  • Strong knowledge of biodiversity and ecological principles.
