Asymptomatic Testing & Mass Vac Logistics Officer Full Time Temporary

Asymptomatic Testing & Mass Vac Logistics Officer needed in Chester £11.50 per hr PAYE – Reference:5191844

This role will involve:

• Drive vehicle up to 7.5t on deliveries throughout the borough, carrying out drivers’ daily checks and reporting and defects or roadworthiness faults
• Unload test kits and take into test sites, ensuring the correct batch codes are being delivered.
• Complete necessary paperwork for each delivery and ensure it is returned to the distribution hub for processing
• Be the first point of contact when on site and work to resolve issues with deliveries on own initiative.
• Pick orders at distribution hub and ensure these are stacked and packaged correctly.
• Record order picking and any variations / deviations for stock control / QA purposes.
• Assist Logistics lead officer where required

Ideally candidates will have:

• Driving class C1 vehicle
• Inspection schedules for maintenance and safety relating to vehicles
• Previous experience of delivering operational logistics services
• Completion of work returns, job reports, plan and programme work and resources (picking sheets/order sheets for example)

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
